Helping my landlord find a new tenant! My old home is a beautiful and light room with a balcony on the top floor of a villa in Danderyd. It comes with a bed, a few lamps, a desk, a working chair, a gardebobe and a night stand, and even has an extra little storage room within. You'll be sharing the house, including a kitchen and laundry facilities, with three Swedish girls, but sharing a bathroom with only one. Sometimes you meet our janitor too, coming in to take care of the yard and other maintenance work. The house is easily accessible from the red line (Mörby centrum) and 25-30 min away from SU and KTH. Rent for this lovely home so far has been 5900sek (including electricity, internet, water) and the rental contract would start from 1/8/2026 or mid July.
