Hello, From 1 July, a spacious room with private toilet is available for rent in my 3-room apartment in Upplands Väsby, Stockholm. The room is almost independent when it comes to privacy. You will have your own toilet, but the kitchen and the shower need to be shared with us. We are a quiet couple (no kid) and we are looking for a non-smoking and calm tenant. The room will be rented out to ONE person only. The rent is 5800 SEK/month, including electricity, internet, water, and heating. A deposit of 5800 SEK will be requested. Parking space can be arranged with an additional 400 SEK/month The apartment is 84 sqm in size and consists of 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, guest toilet, glazed balcony, and integrated wardrobes. The apartment has double entrance doors. There are two fridges/freezers and a dishwasher in the kitchen and a laundry in the basement. Walking distance to Väsby Center and Upplands Väsby station. The commuter train can also be reached by bus in just 3 minutes. Very good communications to Stockholm City (28 min), Arlanda (10 min), and Uppsala (26 min).
