T-Centralen can be reached in around 15 minutes door-to-door, which makes commuting into the city very easy. The apartment can be rented furnished or part-furnished, depending on what suits the tenant best. The building has a friendly atmosphere, with really nice neighbours. Rental period is around 6 months, but I’m open to discussing the exact dates with the right tenant.
