Ni har tillgång till kök, badrum, tvättmaskin. Villan och rummet har mycket hög standard. Bra kommunikationer (3 min promenad till Trångsunds pendeltåg och Trångsund C, buss 50 m, parkering finns på gården). Villan ligger i ett trevligt och lugnt bostadsområde. Hyra beroende på antalet boende i rummet. Wifi och el är inkluderat i priset.
